Craig started Industrial Property Group in 2002 with the goal of serving the industrial and commercial real estate needs of companies in his hometown. A Tampa native and a Florida real estate broker for over 40 years, Craig specializes in leasing and selling warehouses, distribution buildings, manufacturing plants, service centers and industrial land. Prior to forming Industrial Property Group, Craig was a top producer at Cushman and Wakefield, the Krauss Organization and Trafalgar Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric.

The Tampa Bay Commercial Brokers Association named Craig Broker of the Year. He is also a past President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, which is the Commercial Real Estate Board for the seven counties on the west coast of Florida.

Craig has successfully completed over 900 industrial real estate transactions totaling over 7 million square feet of industrial buildings and over 170 acres of vacant industrial land.

Kelli has over 25 years of sales and sales management experience, ranging from national contract leasing for SALES Inc, National Sales Director for Les Mills and, since 2013, support of her family’s Tampa Bay commercial real estate interests.

Kelli completed her Masters in Business Administration at Florida International University, after receiving her Bachelors in English from Mercer University.  

Since joining IPG in 2019, Kelli has used her unique experience to develop a wide and diverse network, which is key to her success in acquiring and closing deals.  While she specializes in landlord representation, from large REITS to smaller, local operators, she has also represented tenants in Industrial and Office deals throughout the State.

Christina is a senior level Commercial Real Estate Professional with a proven background of success in New Business Development, Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Sales and Leasing, Real Estate Development, Management and Contract Negotiation.

Christina's background includes significant work with large institutions and their real estate portfolios. She has successfully completed projects involving Warehouses, Service Centers, Office Buildings, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Vacant Land. She has a thorough knowledge of the Greater Tampa Bay market including both Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, as well as, the state of Florida.

Christina has a well-developed network of business and industry contacts, which is instrumental in the acquisition and retention of new business. She has formulated strategic relationships with REITs, Pension Funds, Corporations, Private Investors, Sellers, Developers, Lending Institutions and Brokerage Firms. Christina has demonstrated success as a top sales producer and has developed an outstanding track record of exceeding revenue and profit goals.
